中西药合用治疗不稳定型心绞痛临床观察

摘要

目的:观察中西药合用治疗不稳定型心绞痛的临床效果.方法:50例随机分为观察组和对照组各25例, 两组均采用西药治疗, 观察组加用桂枝茯苓汤合黄连解毒汤治疗, 观察两组临床疗效、心绞痛发作频率、GRACE评分和中医症状积分、心脏彩超 (SV、EF) 和心电图变化 (24h心肌缺血次数、心肌缺血时间、心肌缺血总时间) .结果:总有效率、心绞痛发作频率、GRACE评分、中医症状积分、心脏彩超 (SV、EF) 、24h心肌缺血次数、心肌缺血时间、心肌缺血总时间观察组均优于对照组 (P<0.05) .结论:中西药合用治疗不稳定型心绞痛可减少心绞痛发作频率, 提高临床疗效.%Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Guizhi Fuling Decoction and Huanglian Jiedu Decoction on unstable angina pectoris.Method:50 patients with unstable angina pectoris were randomly divided into observation group and control group, with 25 cases in each group.The two groups were treated with Western medicine and the observation group were treated with Guizhi Fuling Decoction and Huanglian Jiedu Decoction in addition.The attack frequency of angina pectoris, the attack frequency of angina pectoris and GRACE score and symptom score, SV, EF, ECG changes (24 hours of myocardial ischemia, myocardial ischemia time, total time of myocardial ischemia) of the two groups were observed respectively.Result:The total effective rate, the frequency of angina pectoris attack, GRACE score and symptom score of TCM, SV, EF, the number of 24-hour myocardial ischemia, myocardial ischemia time, total time of myocardial ischemia in the observation group were better than those in the control group (P<0.05) .Conclusion:Guizhi Fuling Decoction combined with Huanglian Jiedu Decoction combined with western medicine is not only conducive to reducing the frequency of angina pectoris, but also conducive to improving the clinical trerapeutic effect.
