目的:观察木香汤剂灌肠法缓解难做性结肠镜检查过程中腹痛的效果.方法:96例随机分为两组各48例.对照组用常规注入空气作为结肠膨胀气体辅助进镜, 观察组用木香汤剂灌肠法辅助进行结肠镜检查.比较两组插镜成功率、疼痛评分及完成检查时间.结果:插镜成功率观察组高于对照组 (P<0.05) .观察组疼痛评分明显低于对照组 (P<0.05) 完成时间短于对照组 (P<0.05) .结论:木香汤剂灌肠较常规进镜可明显提高难做性结肠镜检查插镜成功率, 缓解疼痛, 缩短检查时间.%Objective:To observe the effect on abdominal pain in resistance to colonscopy relieved by enema therapy with Radix Aucklandiae Decoction.Method:96 cases were divided into 2 groups randomly, 48 cases in each group.The conventional injection air was taken as expanding gas of colon to assist inserting colonoscope in the control group while enema therapy with Radix Aucklandiae Decoction was used to assist inserting colonoscope in the observation group.The success rate of inserting colonoscope, pain condition and completion time for colonscopy was compared.Result:The success rate of inserting colonoscope of the observation group was higher than that of the control group (P<0.05) .Pain of observation group was lower than that of the control group (P<0.05) .Completion time for colonscopy of observation group was shorter than that of the control group (P<0.05) .Conclusion:Enema therapy with Radix Aucklandiae Decoction could improve the success rate of inserting colonoscope, relieve pain and shorten examination time in resistance to colonscopy.
