平胃胶囊治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎疗效分析

摘要

目的：观察平胃胶囊治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎（CAG）的效果。方法：140例经胃镜和病理确诊为CAG的患者随机分为两组各70例，对照组给予多潘立酮，治疗组给予平胃胶囊。结果：总有效率治疗组94.28%，对照组71.42%，两组比较差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。治疗组幽门螺杆菌转阴率明显高于对照组，两组比较差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论：平胃胶囊治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎效果良好。%to observe the flat stomach capsule on chronic atrophic gastritis (the CAG) clinical therapeutic effect.Methods 140 cases of outpatient treatment by gastroscope and pathology diagnosis of the CAG patients randomly divided into two groups,each 70 cases,control group patients give ding Lin,treatment group given flat stomach capsule. Results treatment group total effectiveness 94.28%,control group total effective rate 71.42%,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);Helicobacter pylori overcast rate of treatment group was obviously higher than that of control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion flat stomach capsule for the treatment of chronic atrophic gastritis effect is good.
