目的:观察滋水清肝饮加减方联合电针治疗女性尿道综合症(FUS)的临床疗效.方法:46例随机分为两组.对照组23例予盐酸坦洛新缓释胶囊、艾司唑仑治疗,治疗组予滋水清肝饮加减方联合电针治疗.结果:治疗后两组尿道综合症评分分量表(FUSS表)及生活质量评估表(QOL表)评分均较治疗前明显减少,且治疗组治疗后评分较对照组治疗后评分减少更明显.治疗组总有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05).结论:滋水清肝饮加减方联合电针治疗女性尿道综合症疗效较好.%Objective:To observe the clinical therapeutic effect on female urethral syndrome (FUS) treated by modified Zishui Qinggan Decoction combined with electroacupuncture. Method: 46 cases were divided into two groups evenly in random. The control group were treated with Tamsulosin Hydrochloride Sustained Release Capsules and Estazolam while the study group were treated with modified Zishui Qinggan Decoction combined with electroacupuncture.20 days was one course of treatment. The therapeutic effect of both groups was compared. Result: The FUS score of FUSS scale and QOL scale of both groups of post-treatment was lower than that of the pre-treatment significantly. The score of the study group decreased more than that of the control group significantly after the treatment. The total effective rate of the study group was higher than that of the control group significantly. The difference was statically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion: Modified Zishui Qinggan Decoction combined with electroacupuncture clinical therapeutic effect has good therapeutic effect on FUS.
