中西医结合治疗脑卒中偏瘫后抑郁症疗效观察

摘要

目的：观察中西医结合治疗脑卒中偏瘫后抑郁症的临床疗效。方法：146例按双盲随机法分为观察组与对照组各73例。两组均给予文拉法辛，观察组加用通窍解郁汤，治疗8周。结果：总有效率观察组高于对照组（P＜0.05），观察组治疗后HAMD量表评分明显低于对照组（P＜0.05），不良反应发生率观察组低于对照组（P＜0.05）。结论：文拉法辛联合通窍解郁汤治疗脑卒中偏瘫后抑郁症不仅能够有效改善症状及体征，而且还可减少文拉法辛引起的不良反应。%Objective:To observe the clinical curative effect of combination of TCM and western medicine in the treatment of depression after cerebral hemiplegia. Method:According to the double blind random method, 146 cases were divided into observation group and control group,each group with 73 cases of patients. Both groups were treated with venlafaxine and the observation group were treated with Tongqiao Jieyu Decoction additionally. The two groups were treated for 8 weeks. Result:The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group (P<0.05). After the treatment,HAMD rating scale score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group significantly (P<0.05). The incidence of adverse reaction of the observation group was lower than that of the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion:Venlafaxine combined with Tongqiao Jieyu Decoction not only could effectively improve the clinical symptoms and signs,but also could alleviate the adverse effect due to venlafaxine in treatment of depression after cerebral hemiplegia.
