目的：观察口服天王补心丹配合电针治疗老年性失眠患者的临床疗效。方法：86例随机分为两组。治疗组43例口服天王补心丹配合电针治疗，对照组43例睡前口服舒乐安定片，观察治疗前后匹兹堡睡眠质量指数（PSQi）改善情况。结果：总有效率治疗组93.02%，对照组67.44%，两组比较差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05），治疗组治疗后PSQi较对照组低，治疗组复发率较对照组低。结论：天王补心丹配合电针治疗老年性失眠症疗效满意。%Objective:To observe the clinical curative effect of TianWang BuXin Dan combined with electric acupuncture in the treatment of senile patients with insomnia. Method:86 patients diagnosed with senile insomnia were randomly divided into 2 groups. 43 cases were treated with Tian-Wang-Bu-Xin Dan by oral administration as the treatment group while 43 cases were treated with Estazolam tablets by oral administration before sleep as the control group. The improvement of Pittsburgh sleep quality index (PSQI) was observed before and after treatment. Result:The total effective rate of the treatment group was 93.02% while that of the control group was 67.44%. There was statistical significance between the two groups(P<0.05). PSQI after treatment and the recurrence rate of the treatment group was significantly lower than that of the control group. Conclusion:The curative effect of Tianwang Buxin Dan combined with electric acupuncture in the treatment of senile insomnia is satisfied.
