柴胡桂枝汤治疗慢性胆囊炎50例观察

摘要

Objective:To observe the clinical effect on chronic cholecystitis treated with Chaihu Guizhi Decoction. Method:100 cases were evenly divided into treatment group and control group in random. The treatment group were treated with Chaihu Guizhi Decoction by oral administration,1 time per day,7 days as 1 course,with 3 courses continuous application while the control group were treated with Xiaoyan Lidan tablet,four tablets per time,three times a day,with 20 days continuous application. Result:After the treatment,the improvement of clinical symptoms and signs of the treatment group was superior to that of the control group (P<0.05). The image examination result of the treatment group was superior to that of the control group after the treatment(P<0.05). Conclusion: Chaihu Guizhi Decoction has good clinical therapeutic effect on chronic cholecystitis.%目的：观察柴胡桂枝汤治疗慢性胆囊炎的临床疗效。方法：100例随机分为治疗组和对照组各50例。治疗组口服柴胡桂枝汤，日1剂，7天一疗程，连服3个疗程；对照组口服消炎利胆片4片，每天3次，连用20天。结果：临床症状体征改善，治疗组优于对照组（P＜0.05），治疗后影像学检查结果比较治疗组效果好于对照组（P＜0.05）。结论：柴胡桂枝汤治疗慢性胆囊炎具有较好临床疗效。
