牙釉质与5种牙用烤瓷材料间磨耗性能测试研究

摘要

Objective: To study the weariness of enamel opposing to dental porcelains. Methods: 5 porcelains were tested with a wearing test machine and the amount of weariness was measured and expressed as the reduction of volume. Results: The volume reduction (mm３) of enamel VMK was 0.319 8±0.01, dentin VMK 0.326 2±0.02, Carat 0.341 5±0.02, BMK 0.341 4±0.02, low-fusing porcelain 0.431 6±0.3 and enamel 0.595 6±0.006.Conclusion: The weariness of low-fusing porcelain is clossest to that of enamel among the 5 tested porcelains.%目的：对比研究5 种牙用烤瓷材料磨耗性能，探讨其磨耗机制。方法：使用针-盘式二体磨耗机，烤瓷材料试件为上试样，滑石瓷为下试样(滑石瓷磨耗性能与天然牙釉质相似)。在人工唾液的环境中进行加载磨耗实验。磨耗指标为磨耗后上试样体积丧失量。结果：经ANOVA 检验分析，5 种烤瓷材料磨耗量组间差异显著（P<0.05），Turkey Hsd两两比较可见，4 种普通烤瓷材料间磨耗量无显著性差异。低熔烤瓷与普通烤瓷间磨耗量有显著性差异。低熔烤瓷耐磨性低于普通烤瓷材料，最接近天然牙釉质。结论：低熔瓷在超微结构方面的改进，使其对天然牙釉质的磨耗性大大降低。在口腔修复临床工作中，较普通烤瓷材料有明显的优越性。
