颞下颌关节骨性结构的测量与分析

     

摘要

目的:探讨颞下颌关节骨性结构的匹配关系.方法:下颌骨髁突和颞骨关节窝完整的颅骨标本30副,用游标卡尺和量角器测量颞下颌关节骨性结构.结果:髁突横径( 19.73±1.78) mm,髁突前后径(9.59±1.23) mm;关节窝内外径(22.06±1.70) mm,关节窝前后径(14.63±0.98) mm.髁突形态差异明显,有的呈扁长形,有的则呈卵圆形,髁突前后径、内外径均表现出较大变异.对髁突、关节窝进行分型,髁突中等型为57%,薄宽型和厚窄型分别为25%、18%;关节窝深度中等型为63%、浅型为30%、深型为7%.结论:颞下颌关节各个骨性结构的匹配性资料可供研究对颞下颌关节紊乱病研究参考.%Objective: To study the bony structures of temporotnandibular joint (TMJ) by morphometry. Methods; The mandibular condyle and glenoid fossa of temporal bone were measured using a vernier caliper and a goniometer on 30 complete skulls. Results: The horizontal and sagital diameters of the condyles were (19.73 ± 1.78) mm and (9.59 ± 1.23) mm, the horizontal diameter and the sagittal diameter of the glenoid fossae were (22. 06 ± 1. 70) mm and ( 14.63 ± 0.98 ) mm, respectively. Signifiant difference was observed in condylar morphology, including flat elongated and oval condyle with great variation of sagital and horizontal diameters. Glenoid fossae were classified as medium(57% ) , thin and wide 25% and narrow and wide( 18% ); Glenoid fossa depths were classified as midde(63% ), light(30% ) and deep-shaped(7% ). Conclusion: The morphometric data of TMJ may be refrence for related further study.
