C-反应蛋白+1059G/C单核苷酸多态性与侵袭性牙周炎的相关性研究

     

摘要

Objective: To study the relationship between C-reactive protein (CRP) gene polymorphisms and the risk of aggressive periodontitis. Methods: DNA was extracted by Chelex- 100 from buccal swabs of patients suffering from chronic periodontitis( n = 87 ), aggressive periodontitis( n = 55 ) and periodontal health people( n = 53 ) respectively. CRP genotype distribution was examined by PCRRFLP. The statistical analysis was performed to seek after the correlationship between the incidence of aggressive periodontitis and CRP gene polymorphism. Results: There was no statistical significance in the distribution of CPR + 1059 genotype and allele frequency between case group and control group( P =0.831 ). GG genotype was the most, GC less, CC least. The genotype and allele frequency distribution were in line with Hardy-Weinberg equilibrium. Conclusion: This study found no correlation between CRP + 1059G/C single nucleotide polymorphisms and the susceptibility of aggressive periodontitis.%目的:初步分析C-反应蛋白(CRP)+1059G/C单核苷酸多态性与侵袭性牙周炎易感性之间的相关关系.方法:收集侵袭性牙周炎患者的颊黏膜拭子,采用Chelex-100法提取其DNA,然后应用PCR-RFLP法检测CRP+1059G/C的基因型分布,并与慢性牙周炎组及牙周健康对照组的基因型相比较,统计分析侵袭性牙周炎的发病是否与CRP+1059G/C的基因多态性有关.结果:侵袭性牙周炎患者与慢性牙周炎及正常对照组在CRP+1059基因型分布上未发现显著性差异(P=0.831),在等位基因频率的分布上其差异无统计学意义.3 组受试者中GG基因型最多,GC型次之,CC型最少,各基因型及等位基因频率分布均符合Hardy-Weinberg平衡.结论:初步研究未发现CRP+1059G/C单核苷酸多态性与侵袭性牙周炎的易感性存在明显相关关系,但有必要扩大样本予以进一步研究.
