120 subjects were selected randomly by the split-mouth method to investigate the clinical adhesive effect of two kinds of orthodontic cement for the direct bonding of buccal tube. 960 molars were included in this study. We found that the bonding failure rate in the two groups was not significantly different in 2 month(P >0. 05).
