Objective To explore the application of using double balloon coaxial catheter selective fallopian tube recanalization under X-ray guide in treating the infertility due to tubal obstruction. Methods 228 cases with the infertility of tubal obstruction confirmed by salpingography underwent fallopian tube recanalization and followed-up for one year. Results According to different treatment methods,all cases were divided into two graups: group A (128 cases treated with selective fallopian tube recanalization) and group B(100 cases treated with ozone treatment). During followed-up for one year,the patients presented normal pregnancy in 56 cases, ectopic pregnancy in 4 cases and no pregnancy in 68 cases in group A,normal pregnancy in 47 cases, ectopic pregnancy in 2 cases and nopregnancy in 51 cases in group B. Conclusion Double balloon coaxial catheter selective fallopian tube recanalization under X-ray guide in treating the infertility is economical and safe method,and the operation is convenient. It has broad prospects for treatment of the infertility of tubal obstruction.%目的 探讨X线引导下双球囊同轴导管导向法选择性输卵管再通术在不孕症治疗中的应用.方法 对经子宫输卵管造影证实输卵管梗阻的228例不孕症患者行选择性输卵管再通术后,并随访1年进行回顾性分析.结果 依照治疗方法不同分为A、B 2组.A组128例不孕症患者行选择性输卵管导丝再通术,其中正常妊娠56例,宫外孕4例,未孕68例;B组经臭氧治疗的输卵管梗阻患者100例,其中正常妊娠47例,宫外孕2例,未孕51例.结论 X线引导下双球囊同轴导管导向法选择性输卵管再通术既经济、安全,操作又方便,在输卵管梗阻的根治领域有广阔的发展前景.
