Objective To discuss MSCT differentiation of Borrmann Ⅱ and Borrmann Ⅲ gastric cancer , in order to improve the understanding of the both types of gastric cancer. Methods MSCT findings of 33 cases of ulcerated type gastric cancer confirmed his-tologically were retrospectively analysed . MSCT were performed by Siemens 40 detectors of spiral CT with plain scan and two phases of dynamic enhanced scan in all cases. Results In 33 cases of ulcerated gastric cancer, there were 12 cscs of Borrmann Ⅱ cancer and 21 cases of Borrmann Ⅲ cancer . All cases have thickened gastric wall,central ulcer formation, the surrounding mucosa uplift in levee. The gastric wall was more thick and the ulcer was deeper in Borrmann Ⅱ than that in Borrmann Ⅲ. The embankment wall angle was less than 90 degrees in Borrmann Ⅱ and more than 90 degrees in Borrmann Ⅲ. Conclusion MSCT has higher sensitivity and accuracy in differentiation of ulcerated gastric cancer of Borrmann Ⅱ and Borrmann Ⅲ.%目的 探讨BorrmannⅡ型与Ⅲ型胃癌的MSCT表现,旨在提高对两者的认识.方法 回顾性分析经手术病理证实的33例溃疡型胃癌的MSCT表现.所有病例均行西门子40排螺旋CT平扫及2期动态增强扫描.结果 33例溃疡型胃癌中BorrmannⅡ型癌12例,Ⅲ型癌21例,均可见胃壁增厚,中央溃疡形成,周边黏膜隆起呈堤状,Ⅱ型癌胃壁增厚较Ⅲ型癌明显,溃疡更深,堤壁角≤90°,Ⅲ型癌堤壁角>90°.结论 MSCT对于溃疡型胃癌Ⅱ型与Ⅲ型的鉴别具有较高的敏感性及准确性.
