Objective To investigate the relationship between different human papillomavirus (HPV) genotypes and Lin28b expression in esophageal carcinomas. Methods A totle of 114 cases of esophageal carcinomas were used for Lin28b expression asay by immunohistochemistry. HPV typing was performed by gene chip assay. Results HPV infection and Lin28b expression in the esophageal carcinomas and esophagus were 63.2%^6.0% and 66.7%,2.0%, recpectively. HPV-16, HPV-18 and HPV-52 was detected in 34.2%, 16.7% and 12.3% of the tumor samples. The expression of Lin28b was significantly increased in the HPV-16 and 18 positive esophageal carcinomas (P < 0.05 ). Lin28b expression and HPV infection were associated with the differentiation of esophageal carcinomas. Lin28b expression was also associated with infiltration depth and lymph node of esophageal carcinomas. Conclusion Lin28b expression was associated with HPV positive esophageal carcinomas. Lin28b may play an important role in the inactivation and degradation of carcinogenesis in HPV positive esophageal neoplasia.%目的:研究人乳头瘤状病毒(HPV)在新乡地区食管鳞癌组织中的感染情况和Lin28b表达的关系.方法:采用基因芯片技术检测114例食管鳞癌组织及癌旁食管正常组织中HPV亚型感染情况,免疫组化SP法检测Lin28b的表达.结果:114例食管鳞癌组织及癌旁食管正常组织中HPV感染阳性率分别为63.2%、6.0%,Lin28b的检出率分别为66.7%、2.0%,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);食管鳞癌存在HPV16、18和52三种亚型感染.HPV感染和Lin28b蛋白表达与食管鳞癌分化程度正相关;Lin28b蛋白表达与食管鳞癌浸润深度、淋巴结转移有关.结论:HPV感染食管鳞癌组织与Lin28b蛋白表达存在一定的相关性,可能与食管鳞癌发生、发展有关.
