Objective To explore the method and effective of repairing the finger skin and soft tissue defects by the free venous flap of forearm. Methods Ten cases with the finger skin and soft tissue defects were treated by the free venous flap of forearm implantation from December 2009 to December 2015. The size of defects were ranged from 1.0 cm×1.5 cm to 2.2 cm×6.0 cm. Results All the cases survived after operation. Swelling and congestion appeared in the early flap. In 4 cases, the flap occurred blisters, the blisters gradually subsided and absorbed at 7~10 days after operation. There were 2 flaps with marginal necrosis, delayed healing by means of skin grafting after debridement. All the cases were allowed to follow up for 10 to 12 months (11 months on average). The flap was of moderate texture and good elasticity. Three of these were pigmented. The color and texture of the flaps in 7 cases were close to normal. The sensory of flaps was ranged from S2 to S3+. There was no pain and keloid in the donor site. Conclusion The free venous flap of forearm is easy to cut and curative effect. It is a feasible method for the treatment of finger skin defects.%目的 探讨游离前臂静脉皮瓣修复手指皮肤缺损的方法及疗效.方法 2009年12月-2015年12月,应用游离前臂静脉皮瓣修复10例手指皮肤缺损患者.缺损面积1.0 cm×1.5 cm~2.2 cm×6.0 cm.结果 术后10例皮瓣全部成活,皮瓣早期肿胀并出现瘀血;其中4例有水疱形成,术后7~10 d水疱逐渐消退并吸收;2例皮瓣边缘坏死,予扩创后植皮延期愈合.术后随访10~12个月,平均11个月.皮瓣质地适中,弹性较好,其中3例色素沉着,其余7例皮瓣的颜色和质地接近正常.皮瓣感觉S2~S3+.皮瓣供区无疼痛,无瘢痕增生.结论 游离前臂静脉皮瓣位置表浅,易切取,疗效满意,是治疗手指皮肤缺损的可行方法之一.
