关节病性、脓疱性及红皮病性银屑病并发的不稳定性银屑病11例临床分析

摘要

Objective To observe the clinical features and curative effect of arthritic, pustular and erythroderma psoriasis concurrent. Methods Clinical data of 11 cases of arthritic, pustular and erythroderma psoriasis concurrent was tidied and analysed. Results The systemic symptom is very serious in arthritic , pustular and erythroderma psoriasis concurrent, many laboratory abnormalities. Lesion severity, erythroderma, pustules and arthritis concurrent. Pustules distribution presents the ebb and flow of change symptoms of the affected arthritics, more heavy. Treatment of intractable should adopt comprehensive therapy. Conclusion Arthritic , pustular and erythroderma psoriasis concurrent is a severe form of expression of unstable psoriasis in speciifc stage. Appropriate comprehensive treatment can obtain good curative effect.%目的：观察关节病性、脓疱性及红皮病性银屑病并发的临床特征及治疗效果。方法对11例关节病性、脓疱性及红皮病性银屑病并发患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果关节病性、脓疱性及红皮病性银屑病并发时全身症状重笃，多系统实验室指标异常；皮损严重，红皮病、脓疱及关节炎并存。脓疱分布呈现消长变化；受累关节多，症状重。该病治疗棘手，宜采取综合疗法。结论关节病性、脓疱性及红皮病性银屑病并发是不稳定性银屑病特定阶段的一种重症表现形式。恰当的综合治疗能取得较好疗效。
