从生计脆弱性到生计恢复力的转化--以民勤绿洲为例

因石羊河流域重点治理规划的实施，民勤边缘绿洲区的农村家庭的生计遭遇了障碍，具有很强的脆弱性。根据社会-生态系统和适应性循环理论，要增加生计系统的可持续性，就需要将生计脆弱性转化为生计恢复力。来自民勤绿洲的第一手调查资料表明，从生计脆弱性到生计恢复力的转化是可以实现的，当地的实践经验具有普遍的政策意义。%Affected by the implementation of the Key Governance Planning in Shiyang River Valley, the rural household livelihoods in Minqin Oasis have encountered obstacles and become more vulnerable. According to the theories of Social-ecological System and Adaptive Cycle, the livelihood vulnerability should be transformed into livelihood resilience if the livelihood system is expected to be sustainable. The first-hand survey data from Minqin Oasis show that this kind of transformation can be realized. The local practice is a universal example that can be adopted by policy makers.
