农村配电网无功补偿最佳优化配置

         

摘要

Considering the problems existing in the planning of rural distribution network at present, such as reac-tive power compensation and aimless selection of compensation points, an optimization configuration method for reactive power compensation in rural distribution network is proposed through the analysis and comparison of several commonly used reactive power compensation methods. The advantages and disadvantages of some optimization configuration algo-rithms for optimal reactive compensation points are analyzed, and an improved genetic algorithm with the partition of management areas is proposed with the combination of the selected compensation method; moreover, it is used to opti-mize the reactive power.This algorithm is used to check an IEEE 30-bus system and an actual distribution power supply network system. The results show that the proposed algorithm has a fast convergence speed, good stability and strong controllability; at the same time, it has an obvious advantage in improving the reactive power compensation effect, indi-cating its application value in practice.%针对目前农村配电网规划存在无功补偿方式及补偿点选取盲目情况.通过详细分析和综合比较目前常用的几种无功补偿方式,得出农村配电网无功补偿的最佳方式.对当前一些无功补偿最佳配置点寻优算法进行利弊分析,结合所选取的补偿方式提出的一种按管理区域划分的分区改进型遗传算法,并进行无功的最佳优化.采用该算法对IEEE30节点系统和实际配电供电网络系统进行验算,结果表明该算法既具有收敛速度快、稳定性好和可控性强优点,同时在改善无功补偿效果上优势明显,具有一定的实际应用价值.
