Main economic traits of fresh fruit of eleven lines of Prunus salicina ‘Zuili’ were analyzed and evaluated. The results show that average contents of total sugar, titratable acid, soluble solid, VC and soluble protein in fresh fruit of eleven lines are 15. 40%, 0. 85%, 13. 20%, 1. 186 mg·g-1 and 0. 46 mg·g-1 , respectively, meaning that fruit quality of these lines are better. But, differences in contents of soluble solid, total sugar, titratable acid and VC are great, while difference in content of soluble protein is small. Overall, fruit quality of Line 4 and Line 9 are excellent, which can be used as potential lines for cultivating excellent cultivar of ‘Zuili’ .
