重型商用车动力传动系参数优化与软件开发

     

摘要

To improve the fuel economy and dynamic characteristics of the heavy-duty commercial vehicle, the parameters of powertrain system were optimized. Based on the fuel consumption limits, the fuel economy and the dynamic characterictics were regarded as the objective function, and the powertrain system of the heavy-duty commercial vehicle was optimized and designed. Based on the MATLAB platform,a optimization design software was developed, which was then used to optimize the transmission parameters of the powertrain system of the heavy-duty commercial vehicle. A real heavy-duty commercial vehicle was optimized and experimented on road. The conformity of the final simulation computation results with the road experimental datum indicates that the fuel consumption of a heavy-duty commercial vehicle could meet the requirements of the standard limits in the second phase which was formulated by the Ministry of Transport, and the dynamic characteristics of the heavy-duty commercial vehicle was also developed. The theoretical model and the developed software have a reference value to optimize the powertrain system of similar vehicles.%为了提高重型商用车的燃料经济性和动力性,优化设计了动力传动系参数.基于燃料消耗限值,以重型商用车动力性和燃油经济性为目标函数,对重型商用车动力传动系参数进行了全面的优化设计.基于MATLAB平台,开发了重型商用车动力传动系参数优化设计软件.以某重型商用车为例,进行了动力传动系参数优化设计,并进行了实车道路试验.优化设计和试验结果基本一致,整车燃料消耗量满足交通运输部制定的第2阶段燃油消耗标准限值要求,同时提高了整车的动力性,对类似车辆的动力传动系参数优化具有一定的参考价值.
