晋籍干部与解放战争时期伏牛山东麓县级人民政权建设

摘要

1947年8月,陈谢大军南下豫西,大量晋籍干部随军南下。在陈谢大军成功开辟伏牛山东麓解放区后,晋籍干部广泛参与了新解放区的地方政权建设,而在县级政权中,晋籍干部更是起到了骨干作用。他们在组建地方政权和武装,开展土地和支前工作,发展解放区经济文化事业等方面都发挥了重要作用,有效地促进了解放区的巩固与发展。%In August 1947,Chen and Xie＇s army went down south to Yuxi and a large number of Jin nationality leaders went with the army.After Chen and Xie＇s army successfully initiated the liberated area of the east of Funiu Mountain.Jin nationality leaders widely participated in the local political power construction of new liberated areas,and played an important role in county political power.They played a key role in forming the local government and armed forces,carrying out land reform and supporting the frontline work,developing economic and cultural undertakings in the liberated areas,which effectively promoted and consolidated the development of liberated areas.
