基于MATLABGUI的非制冷红外热像仪串口通信设计

         

摘要

Compared with traditional contact temperature measurement technology,infrared temperature measurement technology can realize remote,non-contact,real-time,quick and accurate measurement of an ob-ject’s temperature. Among them,the type of Uncooled infrared thermal imager is widely used in industrial control field. This paper mainly studies the Uncooled infrared thermal imager serial communication protocols,and analy-zes the Uncooled infrared thermal imager and PC’s serial communication process through the MATLAB software programming. At the same time,it uses the GUI platform to design Human-computer interaction remote control interface so as to realize the PC’s remote real-time monitoring on Uncooled infrared thermal imager. Through analyzing and debugging for the system platform,it is proved that the communication protocol designing has good effectiveness.%与传统的接触式测温技术相比,红外测温技术可实现远距离、非接触、实时快速精确测量物体温度。其中,非制冷红外热像仪更是广泛应用于工业监控领域。主要研究非制冷红外热像仪串行通信协议,并通过MATLAB 软件程序设计分析非制冷红外热像仪与PC机串口通信的流程,同时利用GUI平台设计人机交互远程控制界面,从而实现PC机对红外热像仪进行远程实时监控。通过对系统平台进行调试分析,证明该通信协议设计具有较好的实效性。
