我国武术赛事无形资产的开发与保护

             

摘要

Wushu has an extensive mass foundation in China. However, the development of Wushu games is going toward a stage of declination;Wushu games represented by Wushu Masters Association and Wushu Championships showed a mediocre quality, poor enjoyableness, and a low audience attention rate;the development of their intangi-ble assets could hardly be carried out;intangible assets of Wushu games lacked in effective protection measures, the rights of intangible assets of many famous Wushu games were infringed by domestic and foreign enterprises. The authors put forward the following development measures: actively cultivate famous Wushu game brands; build a good environment for Wushu industry development in China;value media promotion work of intangible assets of Wushu games;cultivate a lot of famous Wushu stars;protect intangible assets of Wushu games by taking diversified infringement relief means;etc.%对中国武术职业联赛、武林大会为代表的武术赛事品质不高、赛事观赏性差、观众对赛事关注率低,赛事无形资产开发举步维艰,赛事无形资产缺乏有效的保护措施而屡遭侵权的状况,提出积极培育知名武术赛事品牌、营造武术产业发展的良好环境、重视武术赛事无形资产开发的媒介宣传工作、培养众多知名武术明星、采取多元化侵权救济手段来开发和保护武术赛事无形资产。
