非线性药物动力学参数的计算方法研究进展

摘要

目的：旨在让药学领域的学者对非线性动力学参数的计算方法有更多的了解。方法本文综述了近年来有关非线性药物动力学的研究概况，介绍和评价了非线性药物动力学参数的计算方法及其应用。结果本文为研究非线性药物动力学参数的计算方法引入新思路。结论非线性药物动力学参数的计算方法推动了药物动力学更好的完善和发展。%Objective To promote scholars in pharmacokinetics to know more about nonlinear characteristics and ap-plications in the hope of contributing to the perfection and development of pharmacokinetics. Methods recent studies in the parameters calculation of nonlinear pharmacokinetics models were reviewed. Results To bring the new ideas to investi-gate the nonlinear pharmacokinetic parameters calculated method. Conclusion This research would promote the improve-ment and development of the the nonlinear pharmacokinetic parameters calculated method.
