红背桂花的化学成分研究

         

摘要

目的:研究红背桂花枝和叶的化学成分。方法药材经95%的乙醇提取,提取物经石油醚和乙酸乙酯萃取后以硅胶、凝胶和 MCI 等柱色谱法及重结晶进行分离纯化,采用波谱法进行结构鉴定。结果从该植物共分离得到9个化合物,其结构鉴定为:baccatin、熊果酸、agallochin J、agallochin K、山奈酚、木犀草素、excolabdone A、β—谷甾醇和胡萝卜苷。结论前6种化合物为首次从该植物中分离获得。%Objective To study the chemical constituents of the leaves and small branches of Excoecaria cochinchinen-sis. Methods The plant was extracted with ethanol(95% V∕ V)and the extract was separated by column chromatography of silica gel,sephadex LH — 20,and MCI gel. The structures were elucidated on the basis of extensive spectroscopic meth-ods. Results Nine compounds were obtained and were established as baccatin,ursolic acid,agallochin J,agallochin K, kaempferol,luteolin,excolabdone A,β — sitosterol and daucosterine. Conclusion Compounds 1 ~ 6 were isolated from E. cochinchinensis for the first time.
