Conclusion Themethodwallpecific,accurate,convenientandquick.Itcanbeuledtodetermineenantiomerinmonte-lukalt lodium intermediate A5.%目的：建立孟鲁司特钠中间体A5的对映异构体检查方法。方法采用Chiralpak AD-H色谱柱（4.6 mm ×250 mm，5μm），以正己烷-无水乙醇（65：35）为流动相，流速为0.7 mL·min-1，检测波长为280 nm，柱温为30℃。结果孟鲁司特钠中间体 A5对映异构体在0.10~1.94μg · mL-1范围内线性关系良好，相关系数为0.9999，平均回收率为101.24％（RSD=1.84％，n=9）。结论本法简便、准确、快速、重现性好，可用于孟鲁司特钠中间体A5对映异构体的测定。
