催化剂—汽油间接换热系统传热特性研究

         

摘要

Heat coefficient was studied between FCC catalyst and FCC naphtha in a heat -exchange system of gas梥olid revamped by a fixed fluid bed reactor. The effect of naphtha flow rate, wind rate and catalyst bed temperature were investigated. It is revealed that the heat coefficient gets smaller as the naphtha flow rate increase, and larger as the wind flow rate and bed temperature move up.%在由固定流化床改造的气 固间接换热系统中,以催化裂化平衡催化剂和催化汽油为原料,时系统的传热系数进行了试验研究.考察了进油量、流化风量、床层温度等因素对传热过程的影响.结果表明,随着进油量的增加,传热系数逐渐下降;提高床层温度和流化风量,传热系数逐渐增大.
