清洁压裂液在水锁性砂砾岩储层中的应用

             

摘要

A set of extra-low permeability glutenite reservoir is formed in the fourth member of Shahejie formation on Damintun west slop.The APTi index is used to analysis water locking accurately,and it is proved that thereis serious water locking damage in the reservoir.In this paper,a kind of anti-water-locking clean fracturing fluid composed of surfactant has been introduced.The surface tension of this fracturing fluid which composed of small molecular has stable perforations of temperature and shear resistance.The surface tension can reach 26.75 mN/m after gel breaking,and the water locking damage problems have been solved effectively in this glutenite reservoir.Meanwhile,the fracturing fluid whose damage rate is only 1/3 of the guanidine gel fracturing fluid has no residue and insoluble matter,being beneficial to improve oil production.Finally,the anti-water-locking clean fracturing fluid has obtained good stimulate effect in the construction on site.%大民屯西斜坡带沙四段发育一套特低渗砂砾岩储层,水锁指数定量分析证实储层存在严重的水锁伤害.介绍了一种由表面活性剂组成的清洁压裂液体系,该套体系相对分子质量小,耐温、携砂性能稳定,破胶后表面张力低至26.75 mN/m,有效地解决了本区砂砾岩储层改造的水锁伤害问题.同时,压裂液体系无残渣及不溶物,岩心伤害率仅为胍胶压裂液的1/3,有利于降低储层伤害,提高油井产量.防水锁清洁压裂液现场施工顺利,普遍获得了良好的增产效果.
