水平井控气技术在海上气顶油藏应用研究

     

摘要

由于气顶油藏气顶气的产量不稳定,逐年衰竭较快,无法作为平台燃气透平电站的燃料使用,且海上油田储集运输成本高,因此在海上气顶油藏开发过程中尽量采用控气稳油的开发方式,降低能源浪费.AICD流入控制装置基于伯努利原理,在延缓气顶锥进的同时具备油井见气后对低黏度气相流入井筒的限制功能.AICD在挪威Troll油田进行了成功的矿场应用,在同一时间段,生产气油比仅为未使用AICD油井的1/3,累产油量增加了20%.针对渤海Q油田的气顶底水稠油油藏,应用ECLIPSE软件的多段井模型,对AICD水平井控气技术进行了数值模拟计算.计算结果表明,AICD装置有效地将气油比从1000~2500 m3/m3控制到500~1000 m3/m3,累产油提高12%~15%.%Because gas production in gas cap reservoirs is not stable,it can't be used as the fuel of platform gas turbine power station,so the storage and transportation cost of offshore oil field is high.Therefore,in the process of developing offshore gas cap reservoirs,the development mode of gas control should be used to reduce energy waste.The AICD inflow control device, based on the Bernoulli principle,can delay the gas break through,and after the well gas break through,it can restrict gas flow into the wellbore.AICD technology in Norway Troll oil field is applied successfully.At the same time,the production gas oil ratio of the AICD wells is one-third that of the unused AICD wells,and cumulative oil production is increased by 20%.Aiming at the gas cap and bottom water heavy oil reservoirs in Bohai Q oilfield,the multi-well model of ECLIPSE is used to simulate the AICD technology of horizontal wells.The calculation results show that the ACID device effectively reduces the gas oil ratio from 1000~2500 m3/m3 to 500~1000 m3/m3 ,and the accumulated oil increases by 12% to 15%.Horizontal well combined with AICD gas control technology can provide a new way for the development of offshore gas cap reservoir,and it has broad application prospects.
