氮用量对花生结瘤和氮素吸收利用的影响

             

摘要

A pot experiment was conducted to study effects of nitrogen application rate on nodulation, nitrogen accumulation, nodule nitrogen fixation and nitrogen fertilizer use efficiency. Differences of 3 peanut cultivars were investigated. The results indicated that nodule number increased with peanut growth, and nodules appeared earlier and increased more quickly under less N level. At the same growth period, nodule number and nodule dry weight decreased with N increase. The difference was significant under 5 N rates conditions. Applying N helped peanut uptake and accumulate more N. N absorption amount and nitrogen fertilizer use efficiency were improved at certain range of N level, when more N used, both of them declined. Besides, nodule fixed N amount and its percentage on total N were also dropped with more N application. At the same growth stage and at the same N level, nodule number and nodule dry weight of Yuanzagl02 were higher than that of Baishal016 and Luhua12. The difference was significant at the later stage. Moreover, Yuanza9102 had the most of N absorption amount and nodule fixation N rate.%以3个花生品种为供试材料,利用盆栽试验研究了氮用量对花生结瘤、氮素积累、根瘤固氮及氮肥利用率的影响,并比较了3个品种间的差异。结果表明,花生根瘤数随生育期推进而增多,施氮量越低根瘤形成越早,且数量增加较快。同一生育时期,不同施氮水平间单株根瘤数和根瘤干重达差异显著水平,随着施氮量增加根瘤数和根瘤干重逐渐减少。增施氮肥有利于花生氮素的吸收积累,花生的氮素吸收总量和氮肥利用率在一定范围内均随氮用量增加而增加,但氮用量达到一定水平时反而下降。花生根瘤固氮量及其占植株总吸氮量比例随着氮用量提高而逐渐降低。相同施氮水平和生育时期,远杂9102结瘤数和根瘤干重高于白沙1016和鲁花12,且随生育期延长差异越来越大,生育后期差异达显著水平;氮素吸收总量和根瘤固氮量以远杂9102最高,白沙1016次之,鲁花12最低。
