如何实现老年党员想干事、愿干事的意愿，发挥他们的积极作用，是老年党支部的职责所在。结合胜利油田胜北社区管理中心老年管理中心老年党支部工作实践，老年党支部履职的关键在于：一是高度重视老年党员工作，领导班子有作为；二是健全老年党支部制度并落实到位；三是建设“学习型”老年党支部；四是积极引导老年党员为和谐建设作贡献，做到老有所为；五是打造暖心工程，做到老有所养；六是搭建老年党员自我展现平台，做到老有所乐。%The responsibility of Party Branch of the aged is to guide the aged Party members to play an active role in the ca‐reer of the Party .Combined with practical work of the Old Management Center of Shengbei Community Management Center in Shengli Oil Field ,the key responsibility of the Party Branch lies in six aspects :(1) value the work of the aged Party members , and the leadership has a strong desire to do the work well ;(2) perfecting the system and institution of the aged Party Branch and execute it ;(3) Constructing learning - style in the Party Branch ;(4) Actively guiding the old Party members to do what they can for harmonious constructing ;(5) creating heart - warming projects ,helping the aged with a sense of security ;(6) building a platform for the aged Party members and guide them to enjoy the life .
