对做好企业基层党风廉政建设的几点思考

The grassroots is the basis and foundation of the development of enterprises,so doing a good job in grass-roots Party style and clean government is of great significance to promote enterprises to form a healthy atmosphere and actively create a favorable environment for the development and to improve Party conduct construction and anti-corruption initiative.In order to do a good job in grass-roots Party style and clean government,we must fully understand the existing problems and contra-dictions and effectively implement the two responsibilities,continue to improve the style and promote managing enterprises ac-cording to law,improve the supervision mechanism and strengthen anti-corruption education and other aspects so as to pro-mote the reform and development of enterprises to create a good political environment.%基层是企业发展的基础与根本，做好基层党风廉政建设对于促进企业形成清风正气，积极营造良好发展环境和推进党风建设和反腐倡廉工作意义重大。做好基层党风廉政建设要充分认识现存的问题与矛盾，切实从落实两个责任、持续改进作风、推进依法治企、完善监督机制、强化反腐教育等方面入手，为促进企业改革发展创造良好的政治环境。
