对依法治理网络谣言的思考

摘要

网络谣言是网络社会的“害群之马”，具有极大的危害性。它不仅损害当事人的合法权益，危害社会关系和社会秩序，而且严重影响政府公信力甚至危及国家稳定。因此，依法治理网络谣言是对党的执政能力和执政地位的一大考验，也是世界各国的共同做法。%Internet rumor is the "black sheep" in network society which has great dangers. It is not only prejudice the legitimate interests of the parties, endanger social relations and social order, but also seriously affect the credibility of the government and even threaten national stability. It is amajor test of governing ability and ruling position for the party to govern internet rumor in accordance with the law ,and it is also the common practice in many countries around the world.
