新生代农民工融入城市的障碍因素及对策

摘要

新生代农民工是我国新型城镇化建设的主力军，他们进城务工后能不能真正融入城市，是当前各个城市及其政府面临的一大难题。目前，新生代农民工融入城市主要面临偏低的收入和过高的城市生活成本、对发展的渴望和自身知识技能短缺、长期以来的城乡文化隔阂和城市社会的排斥心理等障碍因素。要破解这些障碍，使新生代农民工真正融入城市，必须在政府主导下，形成政府、企业、社会、家庭、农民工个人等合力参与的积极应对策略。%New generation of migrant workers is the main force of new type of urbanization construction in China. It ’s a problem the cities and government facing that they can’t truly integrated into the city. At pres⁃ent, the new generation of migrant workers faces obstacles such as low income and high cost of city life, the desire for the development and their own knowledge skills shortages, long cultural barriers between urban and rural areas and urban social exclusion psychological, etc. To solve these obstacles, make the new genera⁃tion of migrant workers integrating with cities, we must guided by the government to form positive coping strategies that government, enterprise, society, family and migrant workers individual taking part in it.
