关于正确处理亚投行发展过程中若干关系的思考

As the dominant country of Asian infrastructure investment bank, China must properly handle a number of relationships in the development of the new international financial institutions in order to lay solid foundation for establishing a new international financial system. China should insist the unity in five aspects as following: 1. In terms of dealing with the relationship with other international financial institu⁃tions, adhere to the unity of competition and cooperation and win-win; 2.In the treatment of all members, insist on the unity of the stick to discriminate and equally; 3. In advance the specific business work, adhere to the unity of political tolerance and economic reciprocity; 4. In dealing with America and Japan concerns, insist on the unification of the strategic offensive and tactical retreat;5. In building a new international finan⁃cial system, adhere to the unity of the individual dash with system synergy.%作为亚洲基础设施投资银行主导国，中国必须正确处理亚洲基础设施投资银行这一新兴国际金融机构发展过程中若干关系，才能为建立新型国际金融体系打下坚实基础。具体来说要坚持以下五个方面的统一：在处理与其他国际金融机构关系方面，坚持竞争与合作共赢的统一；在对待所有成员国方面，坚持区别对待和一视同仁的统一；在推进具体业务工作方面，坚持政治包容与经济互惠的统一；在应对美日关切方面，坚持战略进攻与战术退却的统一；在构建新型国际金融体系方面，坚持单兵突进与体系协同的统一。
