以“西南会府”桂林为中心的广西古官道体系，连通着岭南走廊与苗疆走廊，是中央王朝管控西南边疆的重要通道，同时也是地缘政治的产物，作为国际通道维系着“西洋”诸国与中国的“朝贡关系”。桂林省城古官道体系呈现出丰富多彩的文化景象，其内涵可以为桂林文化研究提供一个新视角，其厚重的历史脚印可为桂林的旅游开发与经济发展战略提供新的思路。%Ancient government-financed road system centered on Guilin connected with Lingnan Corri⁃dor and Miao-nationality region Corridor.
