提高CCD作探测器的传函仪测量精度的方法分析

摘要

In this paper , the main causes that cause measurement errors of OTF measuring equipmentwith CCD detector are analyzed. It also gives the means of eliminating each factor. With these measures,the measurement precision of OTF can be improved greatly.%对CCD作探测器的光学传函仪产生测量误差的主要原因进行分析，给出了每一种误差因素的消除方法。采用这些消除方法，可大大提高传递函数的测量精度。
