基于耳轴轴承非线性的炮口响应分析

             

摘要

The nonlinear problem of trunnion bearing of self-propelled gun is studied,the calculated equation of contact stiffness of trunnion bearing is derived,and the rotation model building method considering clearance and nonlinearity is extracted in ADAMS.Based on multi-body and contact theories,the firing dynamic model of self-propelled gun considering clearance and nonlinearity of trunnion bearing is built,and the muzzle disturbance under different clearance levels are analyzed.The conclusions are as follows:for the existence of nonlinear,as the increment of clearance,the three disturbance indexes(muzzle vertical angular displacement,muzzle vertical velocity and muzzle vertical angular velocity)will not change with monotone or linearity,but there is a stable interval(0.22 ~0.28 mm)in the whole clearance extracted,the stability of accuracy could be confirmed as the trunnion clearance remains in this interval.%针对火炮耳轴轴承接触的非线性问题进行研究,推导了耳轴轴承接触刚度计算式,提出在ADAMS中考虑间隙和接触非线性的转动铰建模方法.基于多体动力学和接触理论,建立考虑耳轴轴承间隙的某自行火炮发射动力学模型,并对不同间隙水平下的炮口垂向扰动情况进行分析.仿真结果表明:由于非线性的存在,随着间隙水平的增加,3个垂向扰动指标(角位移、速度、角速度)并非单调或线性变化,但其在取值区间上存在一个平稳值(0.22~0.28 mm),耳轴间隙在该范围内能够保证射击精度的稳定性.
