改进Otsu的枪弹外观缺陷图像分割

摘要

To realize the rapid and accurate segmentation of bullet appearance defect, the characteristics of the best threshold based on Otsu criterion are researched.On this basis,a fast algorithm based on Otsu criterion is presented.The fast algorithm can realize the fast search of the best threshold.To solve the problem that traditional Otsu and the fast algorithm cannot segment bullet appearance defect image effectively,an improved algorithm that is based on the fast algorithm is presented.Experimental results show that the improved algorithm can successfully and rapidly segment the bullet appearance defect image.%为实现枪弹外观缺陷的快速、准确分割，对Otsu准则下最佳分割阈值的性质进行了研究。在此基础上提出了一种 Otsu快速算法，该算法能够快速搜索最佳阈值。为解决传统 Otsu 算法分割枪弹外观缺陷图像效果欠佳的问题，提出了一种改进的 Otsu快速算法。实验结果表明，该改进算法能够准确、快速地实现枪弹外观缺陷图像的分割。
