基于Apriori算法的关联规则在器材仓库货位分配中的应用

摘要

后方车辆器材仓库的货位分配直接影响仓库的收发效率和管理水平.针对后方车辆器材仓库货位分配的现状,以车辆器材管理信息系统中的出库记录为研究对象,利用数据挖掘中的关联规则Apriori算法,在R语言中实现编程及可视化分析,挖掘出库存器材的相关性,并结合器材的出库量得到货位的分配方案.%Slotting distribution directly influences transferring efficiency and materials storage quality in the rear warehouses of vehicles and equipment.Aimed at the existing problem of storage location assignment in the warehouse,the paper researches the records on goods-out in the vehicle and equipment management information system, using association analysis and Apriori algorithm of data mining,and obtains the pertinence of materials.Both programming and visualization are realized in R language.The program of slotting distribution can be put forward with reference to the quantity of materials discharging from warehouse.
