基于超效率DEA的自行榴弹炮作战效能评估

摘要

To estimate the influence of the self-propelled howitzer effect index on the combat effectiveness,this paper uses the super-efficiency data envelopment analysis (DEA)method to establish a combat effectiveness evaluation model for self-propelled howitzer.The 155 mm self-propelled howitzer is taken as an example,and 12 results of the combat effectiveness evaluation are obtained and their final ranking is carried out.Furthermore,the German PzH-2000 is taken as an example and the adjusting measures of non-DEA efficiency self-propelled howitzer are analyzed.Thus, the established evaluation model provides scientific basis for improving the combat effectiveness of self-propelled howitzers.%为评估自行榴弹炮复杂的效能指标对作战效能的影响,利用超效率数据包络分析(data envelopment analy-sis,DEA)方法构建了自行榴弹炮作战效能评估模型.以155 mm自行榴弹炮为例,得到12种155 mm自行榴弹炮的作战效能评估结果及最终排序.进而以德国PzH-2000为例,分析了DEA无效自行榴弹炮的调整措施,从而为自行榴弹炮作战效能的提高提供科学依据.
