基于改进的STT/QFD战时装备维修资源优先级排序研究

         

摘要

The maintenance resource supply during the wartime,especially when the capacity of resource supply is insufficient,the decision makers supply these based on experience without precise sorting,which causes problems of fuzzy dispatch and low efficiency of the conventional equipment maintenance resource supply.Aiming at these problems,the paper probes the concrete applications of the STT QFD theory to form conception about dynamic provisioning equipment maintenance,establishes the mapping matrix between the mission and the equipment maintenance resource.It provides support about the data analysis for prioritizing the equipment maintenance resource and can also lay the foundation for supply centre to precise echelon support.%针对现有的战时装备维修资源供应,尤其是供应能力不足时,大都依据经验供给,没有进行精确排序,造成装备维修资源模糊、保障效率低等问题,应用STT和QFD的理论形成了战役动态保障供应的理念,建立任务到装备维修资源的映射关联矩阵.为装备维修资源供应优先级排序,提供了定量的数据分析支持,为装备资源供应点实施梯次精确保障奠定了理论基础.
