在对44只215.9 mm某类型PDC钻头实际使用资料(进尺、钻速、纯钻时间、行程钻速、转速和每米成本等参数)进行统计分析的基础上,提出了以每米钻井成本最低为目标函数,纯钻时间达到某确定值为约束条件的钻头使用优化模型,并进行了优化模拟计算。实际使用资料与模拟计算结果对比表明,优化模型的每米钻井成本大大降低。因此在现有技术和设备条件下,科学决策、科学管理是降低钻井成本的一条捷径。%On the basis of statistical analysis of field data (such as penetration rate, drilling speed, bit working time,rate of travel,speed of rotation and cost per meter) on 44 PDC bits of 215 mm,a target function for minimizing bit cost per meter is proposed, an optimal bit application model is established based on a given limitation of actual bit working time, and an optimal bit simulation is calculated as well. The contrast between the field data and simulating calculation demonstrates that scientific management and scientific decision-making are the short cut of reducing drilling cost under the conditions of current technique and equipment available.
