我国海洋事业近年来得到了较快的发展,海洋体育旅游已由单一的滨海旅游向滨海、远洋旅游复合发展.在发展的同时,海洋体育旅游安全问题也显现出来.安全表现形态有自然灾害、交通事故、娱乐项目安全事故、治安犯罪和生物侵害等.虽然政府和旅游企业逐步加强安全管理,但仍存在不足.本文在分析海洋体育旅游安全现状的基础上,深入剖析了海洋体育旅游安全管理存在的六个方面的问题,最后从加强国家顶层设计,建立健全新兴项目旅游法规,完善预警、应急、救援机制,旅游设施设备安全管理,引导信息化安全管理的推广,促使安全教育进一步普及,加强安全保险的灵活性和人性化等六个方面对加强海洋体育旅游安全管理提出了建议.%In recent yearsChina＇s ocean sports tourism has developed rapidly from the single coastal tourism to the combination of coastal and oceanic tourism .How ever ,the security problems of the ocean sports tourism have also emerged in various forms ,including natural calamities ,traffic accidents ,enter‐tainment security incidents , public security crimes and attacks from animals .Although the government and tourism enterprises have gradually streng thened security management , there are still some deficien‐cies .T his paper puts forw ard the follow ing suggestions for ocean sports tourism management based on the status quo of security management .T he suggestions includes strengthening the top‐level design of the country ,perfecting legal system for new items of ocean sports tourism ,improving early w arnings ,emer‐gency and rescue systems , the security management of tourism facilities and equipment , giving correct guidance to information security management and promoting popularization of security education ,and pro‐viding more multiple insurance for tourism .
