碳减排政策对企业低碳技术研发的激励作用研究

摘要

本文通过构建碳减排政策下企业均衡的理论模型，对企业在实施碳减排政策前，以及实施碳减排政策后不同时期的均衡条件进行比较静态分析，研究不同政策条件下企业低碳技术研发的差异。结果表明，碳减排政策对企业从事低碳技术研发具有激励作用。作为两种主要的碳减排政策，碳排放交易体系与碳税对企业低碳技术研发的激励效果存在差异，前者的激励作用更大。%T he paper built a corporate equilibrium theoretical model under the policy of carbon emis-sion reduction .Through making a comparative static analysis of equilibrium in different periods before and after the implementation of carbon emission reduction policies ,we found much difference in corporate re-search and development of low-carbon technologies .The results showed that carbon emission reduction policies have incentive for enterprises to be engaged in research and development of low-carbon technolo-gies .T he incentive effects of carbon emission reduction policies are different .Carbon emissions trading system has more incentive than the carbon tax on low-carbon technology research and development .
