目的 了解军队护理人员战备评估与部署能力现况,为管理者采取措施提高其应对战争和自然灾害能力提供参考.方法 采用军队护理人员战备评估与部署能力指数量表,对258名护理人员进行横断面调查及分析.结果 护理人员临床护理能力和军事行动护理能力为中等水平；护理人员急救护理课程学习达96.120％,武器救治课程学习只占29.46％;职称、军衔越高者及经常参加培训人员其临床护理能力、军事行动护理能力维度评分显著较高；军种不同者其战士/生存能力评分存在差异(P＜0.05,P＜0.01).结论 军队护理人员的战备能力仍需提高,管理者应重视护理人员战备能力的培训,加强武器救治等战备课程的培训.%Objective To explore the current situation of the combat readiness assessment and deployment capability of nursing staff in South China troops, and to provide information for nursing managers to take corresponding measures. Methods A cross-sectional investigation of 258 nursing staff members in South China military hospitals was carried out by using Readiness Estimate and Deploy Ability Index. Results The clinical nursing competency and military action nursing competency of South China troop nursing staff was at medium level. Totally, 96. 12% had took emergency nursing courses, while only 29. 46% had participated in weapon-related nursing courses. Nurses who had higher title or ranks and participated in regular training programs scored higher in dimensions of clinic nursing competency and military action nursing competency, nurses working in different army services had significant difference in the score of dimension of the combatant/survival capability(P<0. 05 ,P<0. 01). Conclusion The combat readiness capability of military nursing staff needs further improvement. Nursing managers should pay more attention to combat readiness capability training programs for nursing staff, especially to such weak points as weapon-related issues.
