近5年我国护士心理健康SCL-90调查结果的元分析

摘要

Objective To Meta-analyze the investigation of mental health for Chinese nurses evaluated by SCL-90 from 2011 to 2015,to comprehensively and objectively understand nurses' mental health status,and to construct the norm of SCL-90 for nurses in the new period for providing reliable basis to assess nurses' mental health.Methods The literatures on nurses' mental health evaluated by SCL-90 in the electronic databases like CNKI,VIP and Wanfang were fully retrieved,then were screened according to certain criteria.Finally,367 literatures were obtained,including 632 research data and 79 663 participants.Compared with the SCL-90 norms for Chinese adults and Chinese nurses which were established in 1986 and 2011 respectively,related statistical indicators were computed by SPSS 11.5 software according to the relevant formula of Meta analysis.Results The average effect sizes of SCL-90 symptom subscales for nurses were 0.06 to 0.49.Each symptom subscale score for 79 663 nurses were significantly higher than those of Chinese adult norm (P＜0.01 for all).The score of depression subscale for these nurses was significantly lower than that of Meta-analysis in 2011 (P＜0.01),while the scores of the other 8 symptom subscales were significantly higher than those of Meta-analysis in 2011 (P＜0.01 for all).Conclusion The evaluation criteria of SCL-90 for nurses' mental health need to be updated.The scores of the SCL-90 subscales from a large sample in this study can be considered as the norm assessing nurses' mental health.%目的 对2011～2015年我国护士心理健康SCL-90的调查结果进行元分析,以全面、客观地认识护士心理健康状况,建立起新时期护士SCL-90的常模,为评估护士心理健康状况提供可靠依据.方法 在中国知网、维普和万方数据库对运用SCL-90进行护士心理健康相关研究的文献进行全面检索.经筛选后获得研究文献367篇,研究数据632组,被试共计79 663名.以1986年确定的中国成人常模和2011年建立的SCL-90中国护士常模为比较标准,根据元分析的相关公式,运用SPSS 11.5软件进行元分析相关统计指标的计算.结果 我国护士SCI-90各症状因子的平均效应量为0.06～0.49.79 663名护士SCL-90各症状因子的得分显著高于中国成人常模(均P＜0.01);除抑郁得分显著低于2011年元分析结果外(P＜0.01),其余8个症状因子的得分显著高于2011年元分析结果(均P＜0.01).结论 护士心理健康SCL-90的评判标准需要更新,可考虑将本研究大样本所获得的SCL-90各症状因子得分作为评估护士群体心理健康的参考常模.
