目的 探讨压力接种训练对维持性血液透析患者负性情绪及治疗依从性的影响.方法 选取血液透析中心72例维持性血液透析的患者,实施概念阶段、技能获得和复述阶段、应用和完成阶段及总结评价阶段4个阶段的压力接种训练,每次干预60 min,每周2次,共干预10周.评估患者干预前及干预第10周的焦虑抑郁及治疗依从性的情况.结果 经压力接种训练后维持性血液透析患者焦虑、抑郁的评分显著低于干预前,治疗依从性显著优于干预前(均P＜0.01).结论 压力接种训练可改善维持性血液透析患者的负性情绪,提高患者治疗依从性.%Objective To explore the effects of stress inoculation training on negtive emotion and treatment compliance for patients undergoing maintenance hemodialysis.Methods Totally 72 patients undergoing maintenance hemodialysis were selected from the he modialysis center,then they received 4 phases stress inoculation training,which were conceptual phase,skill acquisition and rehearsal phase,application and completion phase,summary and evaluation phase,the intervention was 60 minutes each time,2 times per week,and lasted 10 weeks.Anxiety,depression and treatment compliance before the intervention and the tenth week of the intervention for the patients were assessed and compared.Results After stress inoculation training,the scores of anxiety and de pression for patients undergoing maintenance hemodialysis were significantly lower than those before the intervention,and treat ment compliance was statistically better than that before the intervention (P＜0.01 for all).Conclusion Stress inoculation training can improve the negative emotion for patients undergoing maintenance hemodialysis,and increase their treatment compliance.
