护理本科生情绪智力与临床实践行为的相关性研究

         

摘要

Objective To understand the status ot emotional intelligence and clinical practice performance of nursing undergraduates and to explore their correlation.Methods Emotional Intelligence Scale and Clinical Evaluation Tool were applied to conduct a survey among 319 nursing undergraduates.Results The total score of emotional intelligence was 3.851 ±0.377 with a highest score of emotion utilization and a lowest of emotion perception and the total score of clinical practice performance was 3.738 ±0.469 with a higher score from the part of emotion and operation skill while with a lower score from the part of cognition.There was a positive cch'elation between emotional intelligence and clinical practice performance (P<0.01).Stepwise regressive analysis suggested 20.5% of the total variants of clinical practice performance could be illustrated by emotion perception, emotion management and self-emotion management.Conclusion Emotional intelligence and clinical practice performance of nursing undergraduates stay at a relatively high level, imbalance, however, exists among eaeh factor.The higher emotional intelligence is, the better clinical practice performance is.%目的 调查护理本科生情绪智力与临床实践行为的现状,并探讨两者的相关性.方法 采用情绪智力量表和护理本科生临床实践行为量表对湖南省2所大学319名护理本科生进行问卷调查.采用方差分析、Pearson相关分析和多元逐步回归分析,分析护理本科生情绪智力与临床实践行为的相关性.结果 护理本科生情绪智力总分为(3.851±0.377)分,4个维度中情绪利用得分最高,情绪知觉得分最低.临床实践行为总分为(3.738±0.469)分,3个一级指标中情感领域与操作技能领域得分较高,认知领域较低.情绪智力与临床实践行为呈正相关(P<0.01).逐步回归分析发现,情绪智力的情绪知觉、他人情绪管理、自我情绪管理3个维度能解释临床实践行为总变异的20.5%.而情绪利用对其影响很小,未进入回归方程.结论 护理本科生情绪智力与临床实践行为均呈较高水平,但其内部因素均发展不平衡.情绪智力水平高者,临床实践行为较好.因此,培养高质量的护理本科生,应注重其情绪智力水平的提高.
