Objective To investigate the association between social support and psychological distress among patients with depression in remission, and identify the potential mediating effect of resilience on them. Methods With convenience sampling, 74 patients with depression were enrolled in the survey and investigated by the perceived social support scale, resilience scale and Kessler10 scale. Results The mean score of psychological distress was (29.05±7.98). Both of social support and resilience were negatively as-sociated with psychological distress (P<0.01). Hierarchical regression analysis showed that social support could explain 15.4% vari-ance of psychological distress; while resilience could prominently mediate the effect of social support on psychological distress, and the mediating effect was 59.1%. Conclusion Resilience plays an important mediating role on relationship between social support and psychological distress among patients with depression in remission. Intervention enhancing resilience is an effective approach to reduce the psychological distress among patients with depression in remission.%目的 探讨心理弹性与社会支持、心理困扰的关系,进一步分析心理弹性在社会支持与心理困扰间的中介作用.方法 采用便利抽样的方法,使用领悟社会支持量表、心理弹性量表和简易心理困扰状况评定量表 Kessler10中文版,对某精神卫生中心的74例抑郁症缓解期患者进行问卷调查. 结果 抑郁症患者心理困扰总均分为(29.05±7.98)分,心理弹性、领悟社会支持和心理困扰评分均呈负相关(P<0.01).中介效应分析显示,领悟社会支持可以预测抑郁症患者心理困扰总变异的 15.4%,心理弹性可以显著预测心理困扰总变异的41.8%,心理弹性的中介效应的效果量为59.1%. 结论 心理弹性在抑郁症缓解期患者社会支持与心理困扰间具有中介作用,通过提高患者心理弹性,可能为降低抑郁症缓解期患者心理困扰的有效途径.
